Newsome named Olivet's fourth AD in school history
Olivet announces that Gary Newsome has been named athletic director. He becomes just the fourth athletic director in school history.

"I'm very honored to have been chosen. This position carries great responsibility, and I will strive to complete the task that I have been given," Newsome says.

Corporate worship
Lauren Hawkins '08 landed a marketing position working with Procter & Gamble in Boston just before receiving her degree from ONU.

But before getting started, Lauren is hopping a plane headed away from America's eastern seaboard. Africa: Here she comes.

Sailing on a dream
Scott McClintock '79 hasn't let his desert residency keep him from his passion for all things sailing. Instead, he has used it to find brilliant inspiration.

In the midst of a post-retirement career, he designs one-of-a-kind, trailerable yachts. Now, this "trailer-sailor" is gearing up the racer-cruiser he built for an exciting 300-mile race of a lifetime.
