CHICAGO, Ill. - The Olivet Nazarene University women's volleyball team faced some adversity this evening in the form of sickness and injury, but prevailed in the form of a win over Illinois Institute of Technology in four games. The Tigers were missing their leading hitter, Tara Schmidt (Olathe, Kan.), due to an ankle injury in the match.

Sara Byrne (Downers Grove, Ill.) put her squad on her back on the evening, registering a .387 attack percentage to go along with 12 kills and 2 block assists. Molly Goldbach (Redondo Beach, Calif.) also had a good night with 11 kills, 9 digs and 2 service aces. Erin Sikora (Elgin, Ill.), feeling under the weather for the majority of the match, totaled 37 assists with nine digs and one solo block.
