Heather Gibbs

Professor Gibbs is an assistant professor in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences of the School of Professional studies.

She teaches Nutrition in Health and Fitness, Sports Nutrition and Foods I and II, among other classes.

Professor Gibbs and her husband, Andrew, have two daughters. When she is not teaching, Professor Gibbs enjoys cooking, walking, running, cycling, watching sporting events and playing with her children.
