1. Departmental Secretary (Full Time)
   Position performs all administrative and clerical duties that allow for smooth operation of the Fine Arts and Music Department Office in Larsen Fine Arts Center. This includes interaction with students and faculty, staff of other departments on campus, outside vendors and clients, and the general public covering all aspects of the department.
   
   
2. Associate Dean of Academics and Faculty (Full Time)
   1. To assist in providing/maintaining high quality services for staff, students, colleagues and community members who utilize the services assigned to this position. 2. To assist the immediate supervisor by executing the duties assigned to this position. 3. To strive for positive public relations with the administration, staff, students, colleagues and community members. 4. To maintain confidentiality in all areas assigned to this position. 5. To provide maximum attention to the leadership and management issues related to programs in business, education, nursing, religion and/or in general administration at the School of Graduate and Continuing Studies. 6. Serves as a member of the Dean’s Cabinet 7. Plans, directs, and implements the faculty recruitment process 8. Collaborates with the program coordinators in overseeing the academic quality and integrity of programs through the recruitment, selection, orientation, assignment, professional development, and evaluation of graduate full and part-time faculty
